I explain what tech companies and charities sell, to the people who buy it. Positioning, marketing materials, websites, and being in the room for the early buyer conversations. Right now that includes AdRush, Culloma's dynamic ad-insertion product for linear TV operators.
Behind that is website work since 2017 - WordPress, WooCommerce, static HTML - and twenty-plus years of running operations and projects for small organisations. Requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, project follow-through, plus the writing that goes with it.
Between 2022 and 2025 I ran the Cornhill Centre, Banbury's older-people's community centre, for the Royal Voluntary Service. Two hundred members on the books, a small staff team, a building, the volunteer roster, the funding cycles, the daily judgement calls.
I really enjoy working in fluid situations: a startup finding its feet, a community centre, an F1 car build.
If it's a product that needs explaining, the homepage covers it.
If it's broader, a project that needs a competent calm pair of hands to implement some clear thinking, an organisation that's stuck, a transition that needs steadying, email me. Same address.
